ELISABETH in nicaragua

I'm Elisabeth and I recently graduated from Wake Forest University with a Master's Degree in Interpreting and Translation Studies. Near graduation, I was offered an internship opportunity in Managua, Nicaragua with the interpreting and translation company Prolanser. I was very excited about this opportunity and did everything I could in order to make it work out. With the help of family, my graduate program, and Prolanser, I am now in Managua until December 15th! I created this blog so that I could share my experiences with anyone who is interested in keeping up with me while I am away or anyone who would like to learn about Nicaragua. I plan to post about interesting aspects of Nicaragua, my internship, and daily life in Nicaragua. I will also be including pictures of Managua and the different areas I visit. I hope you enjoy!
